2025 marks the 47th  year of Danbury Trojan Football & Cheer in Danbury.  Our organization has grown and prospered over that time frame and has become a nationally recognized Pop Warner youth football program.  We are proud of our accomplishments and welcome you to become part of our rich tradition.    Don't delay, roster spots are filling up fast, sign up today and get ready to rock the 2025 season. 

BREAKING NEWS!
National Pop Warner has approved Tackle Football and Cheer to begin the 2025 season on July 15th.
What does this mean?
We will now use our Speed & Agility Camp as part of our Conditioning program for the season on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 - 7:30PM
This will begin on Tuesday July 15th.  There is no additional cost as long as you are registered on or before July 15th.
This will allow our teams more time to get ready for the season and give us more opportunities to set up scrimmages and pre-season activities.

All fees are Non Refundable.

Welcome to the Danbury Trojans Pop Warner Youth Football web page.

Danbury's only premier Division 1 is a nationally recognized program in the Southern Connecticut league helping the youth of our community from ages 5 - 13.  In addition to learning the game of football, your child will also learn about sportsmanship, commitment, physical training, teamwork, and character building, Ages 5 - 6 play Flag Football

We have high caliber head coaches with multiple years of experience plus CPR and First Aid certified.  All coaches attend professional coaching clinics and monthly off season coaching meetings to prepare for each football season.  They are trained to teach your child the safe, correct and proper technical skills.  All Trojan coaches are required to take NFL sanctioned, USA "Heads Up" Football training course.  We are also affiliated with Danbury area High School coaches as we work to align ourselves with their respective programs as our players learn and grow to play at the next level.
DAYO Football provides the highest quality playing equipment and state of the art training equipment.  Bus transportation is provided for away games (except for Flag) and at the end of the year we have an awards banquet to give special recognition to players and coaches.
